With over 54 years of uninterrupted experience in aviation, Commander Octavio Martire is a Veteran Flight Officer of the Brazilian Air Force. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Sciences and Aeronautical Administration, trained as a Test Pilot at IPEV (DCTA) and Flight Instructor (INVA, INVH, INPL). He holds Airline Pilot licenses for both Aircraft and Helicopter (PLA / PLAH) issued by ANAC, with a record of 5,880 military flight hours and 8,284 civil hours on executive aircraft such as the Learjet series 20, 30, Cessna Citation 500, II, V, CJ1, Mitsubishi MU-2, Rockwell Turbo Commander, King Airs, and helicopters AW Agusta 109C and 109E Power, HB 350 Esquilo, Bell 47G, Bell 205, Bell JetRanger 206 I, II, III. In the corporate sphere, he organized and certified companies such as BELJET Táxi Aéreo, VERJET Táxi Aéreo, Aero Express, and served as CEO of PLATINUM AIR Linhas Aéreas (Boeing 727-200 fleet). He served as strategic proxy for the Military Household of the Governor of São Paulo, corporations such as Casas Bahia, and multiple airlines and private operators. He was decorated as Piloto Honoris Causa of the Bolivian Air Force in Santa Cruz de La Sierra on September 7, 1986.
